★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o cartão no terminal, e o atendente disse que precisava d vários docs e comprovantes em mãos pra fazer, eu n podia só falar...o pior é os cartazes dizendo que 'faça seu cartão é mais rápido mais seguro' e ficam numa borocracia fazendo a gente perder tempo
I went to make the card at the terminal, and the attendant said that I needed several docs and vouchers in hand to do it, I couldn't just speak ... the worst thing is the posters saying that 'make your card faster, safer' and stay in a bureaucracy making us waste time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peguei o ônibus no Terminal Rodoviário do Tietê para Americana, perguntei no guichê enquanto comprava a passagem se o ônibus era direto, a mulher afirmou que era direto, porém o ônibus passa e para em várias cidades antes de ir p Americana. Desrespeito total! Péssimo!
I took the bus at Tietê Bus Terminal for American, asked at the counter while buying the ticket if the bus was right, the woman said it was right, but the bus passes and in several cities before heading p American. Total disrespect! Terrible!
