★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom mas são desleais ao valor de determinados serviços. Literalmente me passaram a perna. Pesquisem bem e avaliem o lugar. As vezes cobram barato em um serviço evidente, e em outro cobram mais caro. 10x mais caro... triste realidade.
Olá Tiago, obrigado pelo retorno. Acredito não ser necessário ligar e informar o ocorrido pois vocês estão cientes (Você inclusive. rs)., um serviço leal, é cobrado de forma leal. Se eu estivesse equivocado, teria vergonha de expor aqui publicamente. Não estou cobrando nada em troca agora e não quero nenhum ressarcimento. Só acho válido deixar claro aqui publicamente para que ninguem (assim como eu), cair nesse "golpe". Quando disse 10x mais caro, foi literalemnte 10x mais caro (proporcionamente falando).
Obs: Vocês não tiveram que desmontar nada, remontar nada. O serviço podia ter sido literalmente feito por uma criança., mas como eu estava passando na porta e já conhecia o lugar e vocês tinham uma chave philips, resolvi parar e quebrar o galho em 5min(tempo gasto no serviço). Cada um sabe o que faz.... vida que segue!
Só uma analogia: é a mesma coisa se cobrassem 20 reais para colocar um pino do pneu que sempre "perdemos" quando vamos encher o pneu do carro em um posto. (o problema não é cobrar, até pq tem que cobrar mesmo, o problema é cobrar um valor super acima do merecido para tal serviço)
Good service but they are unfair to the value of certain services. They literally outwitted me. Research well and evaluate the place. Sometimes they charge cheaply for one obvious service, and sometimes they charge more. 10x more expensive ... sad reality.
Hello Tiago, thanks for the feedback. I believe it is not necessary to call and report what happened because you are aware (You even. Lol)., A loyal service, is charged fairly. If I was wrong, I would be ashamed to exhibit here publicly. I'm not charging anything in return now and I don't want any redress. I just think it's worth making it clear here publicly so that nobody (like me) can fall for this "scam". When I said 10x more expensive, it was literally 10x more expensive (proportionally speaking).
Note: You didn't have to disassemble anything, reassemble anything. The service could literally have been done by a child, but as I was passing by the door and I already knew the place and you had a Philips key, I decided to stop and break the branch in 5 minutes (time spent in the service). Everyone knows what they are doing .... life that goes on!
Just an analogy: it's the same thing if they charged 20 reais to put a tire pin that we always "lose" when we are going to inflate the car's tire at a gas station. (the problem is not to charge, because you have to charge, the problem is to charge a super amount above that deserved for such a service)
