Só acho que a partir do momento que vcs forem cobrar algo, tem que avisar antes. Se eu soubesse que iam cobrar R$40,00 pra testar a bateria teria ido há algum local que vende bateria e lá não me cobrariam nada.
I was upset, because when they arrived they went to do a battery test, and they didn't say anything that I had to pay. And they charged me R$40.00. I just think that from the moment you are going to charge something, you have to let me know beforehand. If I knew they were going to charge R$40.00 to test the battery, I would have gone to a place that sells batteries and they wouldn't charge me anything there.
