Gente não façam seguro com essa empresa, estou a mais de uma semana tentando cancelar o contrato está tudo em dia e não consigo , nem pra cancelar o contrato eles servem , façam de qualquer outra mas essa empresa não presta um bom serviço , na verdade não dão nem uma atenção .

O funcionário Rodnei foi muito atencioso e nos ajudou mesmo com ausência de prestador de serviço (reboque). Conforme solicitado, após o ótimo atendimento, deixo aqui os parabéns a Autobom pela ajuda.
I would like to thank Autobom for the service. My father's car broke down and we stopped near Pavuna. Employee Rodnei was very attentive and helped us even with the absence of a service provider (trailer). As requested, after the excellent service, I congratulate Autobom for its help.

Acidente com meu carro e me convenceram que o veículo teria conserto, é nao entrar posso reclamar da lanternagem, ficou muito boa, mas o carro nao se resume a lanternagem, quando se decide consertar um caroo batido entende se que o carro saira bom da oficina, esse nao foi meu caso
O carro parece batedeira, todo solto , desafio alguém da autobom dirigir o veículo é aprovar o serviço
Só estou na rede porque não tive nunca resposta da autobom as mi hás solicitações, muito mal atendido

The car looks like a mixer, all loose, I challenge someone from autobom to drive the vehicle and approve the service
I'm only on the network because I never had a response from autobom to my requests, very poorly attended

Precisei de um reboque no sábado de carnaval. Esperei por 5 horas e não fui atendido.
Instalaram rastreador no meu carro que não funcionava.
Vi um cliente que estava aguardando a indenização por mais de 90 dias.
Fujam disso

Sofri um acidente com meu carro solicitei o reboque, o reboque veio colocaram o carro enfrente minha casa Disseram que iriam lá fazer a perícia Foi um sr lá olhou o carro disse que o carro tinha dado perca total e foi embora, com um tempo liguei para auto bom disseram que o processo tava em sindicancia
Mandava mensagem ligava eles sempre falavam a mesma coisa (que o processo tava em sindicancia) hoje não atendem mais minhas ligações o carro continua aqui já se passou 9 MESES do ocorrido e nem uma satisfação me deram
NÃO INDICO PRA NINGUÉM !!!

I had an accident with my car I asked for a tow, the trailer came they put the car in front of my house They said they would go there to do the expertise There was a gentleman there he looked at the car said the car had been a total loss and left, after a while I called good self said that the process was in syndication
I sent a message and called they always said the same thing (that the process was in syndication) today they don't answer my calls the car is still here 9 MONTHS have passed since the incident and they didn't even give me a satisfaction
DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
