★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma repuxadora no dia 21/08. Não recebemos a máquina no dia acertado. Porém no dia 03/09 cancelaram a venda sem nenhuma justificativa. São pessoas extremamente mal educadas ao telefone. Empresa sem comprometimento com o cliente.
 We bought a duster on 08/21. We did not receive the machine on the right day. However, on September 3, they canceled the sale without justification. They are extremely rude people on the phone. Company without commitment to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma maquina repuxadora, a maquina chegou toda arranhada parecendo que já tinha sido usada, mas tava funcionando. Com 4 meses de uso a maquina parou de funcionar, entrei em contato para saber onde é a assistência técnica e eles me informaram que não tinha assistência técnica e que iria passar meu número para um técnico para ele avaliar se a maquina precisaria de uma peça ou se eles enviariam outra maquina pra mim, mas esse técnico nunca liga e a maquina parada e eu perdendo serviço.
I bought a drawing machine, the machine arrived all scratched looking like it had already been used, but it was working. After 4 months of use, the machine stopped working, I contacted to find out where the technical assistance is and they informed me that they did not have technical assistance and that they would pass my number to a technician to assess whether the machine would need a part or if they would send another machine to me, but this technician never calls and the machine stopped and I lost service.
