★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, dei entrada no processo em outubro, passei dias esperando entrarem em contato e nada, chamaram pra começar as aulas teóricas em janeiro, depois que liguei várias vezes pra saber se já tinham data de início, terminei as aulas em Janeiro, passei um século pra fazer a prova, segundo eles por culpa do Detran, já vai fazer um mês q espero chamarem pra começar as aulas práticas e nada, quando ligo pra saber informações me dizem que estão esperando vaga, um processo q deveria ser rápido vai levar quase um ano, muito arrependido de ter dado entrada na habilitação com essa escola, se quiserem tirar habilitação rápido procurem outra auto escola pq nessa só vão ter raiva.
Terrible service, I filed the process in October, I spent days waiting to get in touch and nothing, they called to start lectures in January, after I called several times to find out if they already had a start date, I finished classes in January, I spent a century to take the test, according to them because of Detran, it's been a month now that I'm waiting to be called to start practical classes and nothing, when I call for information they tell me they're waiting for a place, a process that should be quick will take almost one year, very sorry for having entered the license with this school, if you want to get a quick license, look for another driving school because this one will only get angry.

A pessoa liga pra lá eles nem atend, e quando vai lá às atendente e com umas cara mais feia que a outra enfim me arrependo de ter tirando minha carteira lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de ter pago a vista, categorias A e B, passou quase um mês pra eu poder ser agendado pra ir no Detran só por a digital e bater a foto, só fui agendado por conta que faltei trabalho e fui saber o porquê, disseram que foi erro deles e que não passa quase um mes pra ser chamado o cliente.

Pois percebi nítidamente o desinteresse da atendente para comigo as informações foram vagas sem contar que entrou uma senhora acho que é da empresa de vocês que também muito mal educada interrompendo a minha conversa com a atendente que já não estava muito afim de me passar as informações que eu estava pedindo quando a senhora chegou interrompeu a conversa pra falar algo nada a ver com a atendente e eu fiquei lá no vácuo enfim sai de lá e não pretendo mais voltar pois achei outra auto escola que me atendeu muito bem e assim que se conquista um cliente pois não estava pedindo nenhum favor eu queria era pagar e era a vista.

Horrible, grumpy attendant. Instructor rude and invasive in the student's personal life. Pessimo place, one of the worst I've been to. I never imagined spending my money in a place like that. PEOPLE WITHOUT ETHICS, WITHOUT POSTURE OF A COMPANY OF SHAME.NOTE 0.
