Certa vez reclamei para o Simão sobre o fato de ter de ligar toda hora pra saber as coisas porque ninguém entrava em contato pra informar e ele respondeu "se a pessoa quer tirar carta então ela que tem de correr atrás de tudo"
They don't take anything seriously, the owner makes fun of the customer to his face. I once complained to Simão about having to call all the time to find out about things because no one got in touch to inform him and he replied "if the person wants to get a letter then she has to run after everything"
