O atendimento do começo ao fim não mudou,atenciosos , dedicados , hoje terminei as aulas e o professor WELBIO do começo ao fim totalmente dedicado a mim , KK mais dedicado que eu e preocupado comigo . Perfeito ,melhor AUTO ESCOLA !!. Procurei indicação para muitas pessoas , e por fim escolhi essa . Parabéns a equipe dês do atendimento aos ensinamentos . E graças a Deus passei !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto escola extremamente ruim, ofereceu um total descaso comigo, além de demorar muito para marcar aulas, apenas dois instrutores para diversos alunos,
As aulas são marcadas após um mês e não existe nenhuma comunicação mais após a isso e se caso esqueça e avise no dia, é cobrado de você uma taxa de 55 reais por cada aula.
Além disso, devido a pandemia a auto escola informa que não pode fornecer o capacete devido a pandemia, porém não compreende o aluno que não tem o capacete e simplesmente pede para ele se virar pois sem, não existe a possibilidade de realizar á aula, e ai fica um questionamento para a auto escola,
Se o aluno está tirando a carta de carro e moto, porém não tem pretensão de ter moto, ele tem que arcar com os custo do capacete?
Descaso total com aluno e nega informações quando é solicitada por escrito ,além do atendimento ser extremamente ruim, pois fui reclamar desses pontos, e fui extremamente maltrado,
Deixo um aviso a todos, passem longe dessa auto escola, não recomendo de modo algum, só não coloquei zero estrela, porque não é possível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pelo telefone e WhatsApp. A sensação que dá é que a recepcionista não gosta de trabalhar com publico. Por telefone, eu fui super simpática e ela fria, no WhatsApp, não respondeu nem “bom dia”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me respondem de má vontade no whatsapp, tudo é cobrado, única auto escola que cobra aluguel de moto no dia do exame e não me dão a opção de fazer com moto própria. Custo de remarcação de prova alto, custo de aulas extras alto. Pagaria de bom grado se o atendimento fosse bom. Único bom profissional é o instrutor Welbio. Nota 1000.
