★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fazem questão de ter um bom atendimento, a própria pessoa que se identificou como proprietária tem um péssimo atendimento, imagine como deve ser os instrutores?! Infelizmente esse tipo de atendimento não me surpreende, afinal o pior atendimento ao cliente encontra-se em Palmas.
Se a pessoa que falou ao telefone for mesmo a proprietária, acho bom reavaliar o atendimento ao cliente e fazer uma reciclagem ou treinamento de atendimento ao público.
They do not care about having a good service, the person who identified himself as the owner has a bad service, imagine how the instructors should be ?! Unfortunately this type of service does not surprise me, after all the worst customer service is in Palmas.
If the person who spoke on the phone is really the owner, I think it is good to reevaluate customer service and do retraining or customer service training.

Super educados, prestativos e sempre preocupados no aprendizado, inclusive, por várias vezes, recebi mensagens para que eu pudesse avaliar meu instrutor, já que a maior preocupação da autoescola é o aprendizado e a aprovação do aluno. OBS: A Kênia sempre foi um amor de pessoa comigo e com toda minha família. Muito querida. INDICO SEMPRE!
I took my CNH in Mamede and super indicate, because the service is exceptional, both owners and instructors.
