★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero antes de tudo exaltar o atendimento das recepcionistas, super atenciosa e prestativa.
Porem os elogios acabam por aqui, vinha de uma péssima experiencia em outra auto escola, onde ficou falta apenas realizar a prova prática, foi procurar a autoescola Novo Rio para finalizar meu processo. Agora vejam a minha surpresa, para isso me cobraram R$ 200,00 mais caro do que se eu fosse um aluno novo e tivesse que realizar todas as aulas teóricas e praticas, isso é um absurdo!!!!!!!
E não houve negociação.
Eu não recomendo está instituição a ninguém, fujam desta auto escola.

But the compliments end here, came from a bad experience in another school, where it was only necessary to perform the practical test, went to the Novo Rio school to finish my process. Now see my surprise, for this they charged me $ 200.00 more expensive than if I were a new student and had to do all theoretical and practical classes, this is absurd !!!!!!!
And there was no negotiation.
I do not recommend this institution to anyone, run away from this school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Não recomendo. Não tem professores para atender a demanda. Demoram de 2 a 3 meses para agendar as aulas práticas. Não se importam, não comunicam quem irá atender. Hoje descobri que meu instrutor é novo, segundo a atendente é um ex sócio que voltou agora para o ramo. Demoraram quase 3 meses para agendar minhas aulas, e me agendaram com instrutor novo, sem experiência! Arrependo de ter optado por essa autoescola, não indico!
Awful! I do not recommend. There are no teachers to meet the demand. It takes 2 to 3 months to schedule practical classes. They don't care, they don't communicate who will answer. Today I found out that my instructor is new, according to the attendant he is a former partner who has now returned to the business. It took almost 3 months to schedule my classes, and they booked me with a new instructor, with no experience! I regret having chosen this driving school, I do not recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho coisas positivas a dizer da autoescola novo rio. Da recepcionista aos instrutores, o atendimento é sensacional. Autoescola com veículos novos e de qualidade, e o ensino é realmente focado para o aluno aprender mesmo a dirigir, e não apenas a passar na prova. O Paulo, que foi meu instrutor e é o dono da autoescola, é nota 1000, pessoa do bem e gente boa demais. Como se tudo isso não bastasse, o preço é justíssimo. Não poderia recomendar mais!
I have only positive things to say about the new rio driving school. From the receptionist to the instructors, the service is sensational. Driving school with new and quality vehicles, and the teaching is really focused for the student to really learn to drive, and not just pass the test. Paulo, who was my instructor and is the owner of the driving school, is a 1000, a good person and very good people. As if all this were not enough, the price is very fair. Couldn't recommend more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A caminhada não foi fácil, por várias vezes pensei em desistir,mas bastaram só algumas palavras do instrutor e tudo parecia fazer sentido,então chegou a prova prática e eu reprovei,foi a pior sensação que senti,mas o instrutor Paulo Lima,não desistiu de mim,acreditou e me ajudou muito,então na segunda tentativa veio a conquista e tão sonhada aprovação. Só tenho a agradecer por cada um dos profissionais de educação no trânsito,recomendo essa auto escola a todos que sonham em ter sua habilitação. Obrigado a todos vocês. ???❤️
The walk was not easy, several times I thought about giving up, but just a few words from the instructor and everything seemed to make sense, then came the practical test and I failed, it was the worst feeling I felt, but the instructor Paulo Lima, didn't give up from me, he believed and helped me a lot, so on the second attempt came the conquest and the long-awaited approval.
