★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da recepção do fucionario x, pela arrogância e falta de comunicação. Não cumpriu com as normas que a seguradora enviou no e-mail em questão da segurança do COVID. Porém depois do contato com Matheus Prado o qual fez a instalação do para-brisa, fiquei mais tranquila pelo excelente serviço realizado .
I did not like the reception of fucionario x, for the arrogance and lack of communication. It did not comply with the standards that the insurer sent in the email in question about COVID safety. However, after contacting Matheus Prado, who installed the windshield, I felt more relaxed due to the excellent service performed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira experiência com eles não foi das melhores, embora tenha sido atendido cordialmente, não cumpriram o prazo de entrega, fiquei sem o carro 1 a mais do que esperado e meio período do outro dia. Depois de ficar 3 dias sem poder mexer nos vidros, quando finalmente pude baixa-Los notei que o acabamento estava bem mal executado, liguei lá e se prontificaram a trocar. Mas isso resultou em mais meio período sem o carro. Um detalhe extra, levei originalmente pra trocar o pára-brisa, deixaram o espelho retrovisor solto e no meio da estrada ele caiu com minha esposa dirigindo, ela levou um grande susto. Por sorte nada mais grave aconteceu, mas não fizeram o básico que era parafusar o espelho.
Tirando esta série de coisas ruins que aconteceram, qdo voltei pra refazer o serviço fui bem atendido, não acertaram de primeira arrumar o que estava errado e perdi mais 1 hora, mas ficou aparentemente bom o serviço. O local é bem grande e limpo, tem onde ficar para esperar o serviço ser executado.
My first experience with them was not the best, although I was treated cordially, they did not meet the delivery deadline, I was without car 1 longer than expected and half a day the other day. After staying 3 days without being able to move the windows, when I was finally able to lower them I noticed that the finish was very poorly executed, I called there and they were ready to change them. But that resulted in more part time without the car. An extra detail, I originally took it to change the windshield, they left the rearview mirror loose and in the middle of the road it fell with my wife driving, she got a big scare. Luckily nothing more serious happened, but they didn't do the basic thing that was screwing the mirror.
Apart from this series of bad things that happened, when I came back to redo the service I was well attended, they didn't get it right right away to fix what was wrong and I lost another hour, but the service was apparently good. The place is very big and clean, there is a place to stay to wait for the service to be performed.
