Acionei a minha seguradora, para realizar a troca dos faróis do meu veículo e fui direcionado para Autoglass, da Rua Frei Gaspar, em São Bernardo do Campo.
Eu já tinha ouvido falar muito bem dos serviços prestados, porém, tive esta confirmação presencialmente.
Fui muito bem recepcionado e atendido pelo Andrey e Rafael, que me tiraram todas as dúvidas necessárias, referentes à troca dos faróis, procedimentos quanto ao seguro, além do cuidado e atenção que tiveram ao executarem os procedimentos com meu veículo.

Good Morning!
I called my insurance company to change my vehicle's headlights and was directed to Autoglass, on Rua Frei Gaspar, in São Bernardo do Campo.
I had already heard very good things about the services provided, however, I had this confirmation in person.
I was very well received and attended by Andrey and Rafael, who answered all the necessary questions regarding changing the headlights, insurance procedures, in addition to the care and attention they had when performing the procedures with my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem problemas quanto a colocação do vidro o que faltou foi o acabamento nas borrachas que ficaram soltas fazendo com que eu retornasse a loja de SBC e ouvisse o seguinte esclarecimento. A Seguradora - no meu caso Banco do Brasil -encaminha apenas o vidro e nós usamos a cola que já está na borracha e neste caso é SÓ UMA FITA DUPLA FACE o que estranhei. Quando veio o funcionário arrumar ele falou que não era fita e sim colma. Colocou algumas gotas de cola e resolveu o problema. Vamos combinar...porque não fizeram isso quando estavam trocando o vidro?!? O que é mais caro? O tempo que eu perdi tendo que retornar a loja ou algumas gotas do produto?!? E a satisfação do cliente onde fica? Será que por meu carro não ser novo e eu mulher eles querem empurrar qualquer atendimento? Principalmente por meu carro não ser novo com certeza não tem mais uma cola que se consiga retirar e recolocar a contendo.Outra coisa, os materiais que vendem são caros, tipo palhetas, retrovisor etc...só dá pra usar se for pelo seguro.
No problems regarding the placement of the glass, what was missing was the finish on the rubbers that were loose causing me to return to the SBC store and hear the following clarification. The Insurance company - in my case Banco do Brasil - sends only the glass and we use the glue that is already in the rubber and in this case it is ONLY A DOUBLE-SIDED TAPE which was strange. When the employee came to fix it, he said it wasn't tape, but thatch. Put a few drops of glue and it solved the problem. Let's face it...why didn't they do that when they were changing the glass?!? What is more expensive? The time I wasted having to return to the store or a few drops of the product?!? And where is customer satisfaction? Could it be that because my car is not new and I am a woman they want to push any service? Mainly because my car is not new, I certainly don't have a glue that can be removed and replaced. Another thing, the materials they sell are expensive, like blades, rearview mirrors etc... you can only use it if it's safe.
