 I want to thank Coach Udson and Coach Raimundo Nonato for all their agility, skill in solving my car! They were super helpful and resolute in changing the glass after break-in and repair! I will certainly look for their service again on my return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que ir à loja em 2 oportunidades. Na segunda a Central me falou um horário, mas registrou outro no sistema. O atendente da loja disse que não podia fazer nada e que eu deveria ligar novamente na Central. Liguei e na Central tb não resolveram. Ou seja, ficam jogando o cliente pra um ligar e pra outro pra se ver livre do problema e ninguém quer assumir a responsabilidade ou a atitude de resolver. O gerente estava ao lado ouvindo, mas só entrou no assunto quando eu chamei.
Além disso, a loja é num bairro afastado e perigoso. A sala de espera é pequena e desconfortável.
Pra mim demonstram pouco caso ao cliente de Teresina.
O serviço foi feito, mas o atendimento é uma tristeza.
I had to go to the store on 2 occasions. On Monday, Central told me a time, but registered another one in the system. The store clerk said he couldn't do anything and that I should call Central again. I called and at Central tb did not resolve. In other words, they keep throwing the customer to call and to get rid of the problem and no one wants to take responsibility or the attitude of solving it. The manager was on the side listening, but he didn't talk about it until I called.
Also, the store is in a remote and dangerous neighborhood. The waiting room is small and uncomfortable.
For me, they show little case to Teresina's client.
The service was done, but the service is sad.
