★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento,porém esperei 6 horas até terminarem o serviço no meu carro,também falta mais lugares para as pessoas sentarem com tanto tempo de espera .

Fazendo tudo na pressa e acaba saindo do mal feito.
Após passar a tarde esperando a conclusão dos serviços quando saio com o veículo vejo que a direção está totalmente torta devido ao mau alinhamento.
Volto na mesma hora e peço o novo alinhamento na qual é feito porém infelizmente fica pior ainda direção totalmente torta e linha reta.
Solicito a gerência devolução do valor pago pelo alinhamento. Quando entrar em contato e me fizerem o reembolso , eu mudo a minha nota de avaliação. No aguardo.
The product is good but the services are not.
Doing everything in a hurry and ends up getting out of hand.
After spending the afternoon waiting for the services to be completed when I leave with the vehicle I see that the steering is totally crooked due to bad alignment.
I come back at the same time and ask for the new alignment in which it is done, but unfortunately it gets even worse in a totally crooked direction and straight line.
I ask the management to refund the amount paid for the alignment. When I get in touch and get a refund, I'll change my rating. Awaiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra variar mais uma loja acostumada a fazer venda casada, fui pra trocar os pneus e queriam trocar bandeja, pivôs de roda batente e etc. Se você não conhece acaba caindo na lábia! Portanto não recomendo!
For a change, one more store used to doing married sales, I went to change the tires and they wanted to change the tray, pivots of stop wheel and etc. If you don't know, you end up falling for the lip! So I don't recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venda estilo compra casada, só fazem um valor X se fizer os serviços Y com eles, entrei em contato a tarde toda e após chegar na loja além de não terem os pneus que me passaram os valores são totalmente diferentes do telefone e não indico.
Sale style combined purchase, they only make an X value if you do Y services with them, I contacted them all afternoon and after arriving at the store in addition to not having the tires that they gave me, the values are totally different from the phone and I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência em parte de tudo os funcionários querem empurrar as bandeijas falando que estava ruim levei no meu mecânico de confiança estava tudo bom. Fiz na auto hub o alinhamento me jogarão a cambagem do veículo e tive que fazer de novo em outra pessoa de confiança. O atendimento é ótimo mas empurra tudo que o carro não tem de defeito
I didn't have a good experience in part of everything the employees want to push the trays saying it was bad I took it to my trusted mechanic everything was fine. I did the alignment on the auto hub, and I had to do it again on another trusted person. The service is great but pushes everything the car has no defect

Me lembro de falarem 6 meses de garantia , mas na hora de fazer virou 3 meses só. Não aconselho, se der qualquer problema no serviço ou peças, já era

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otimo preço dos pneus , porem querem empurrar serviço que , um sub gerente insistiu que meus amortecedores tinha que trocar e cobrou um valor absurdo, saindo de la fui no mecanico onde fui informado que os armortecedores estavam tudo ok e não havia necessidade de trocar, como o SUB GERENTE me disse quando falei que não iria mais levar o carro la TA BOM. até nunca mais
