Havia ligado e agendado manutenção na trava elétrica de meu veículo e, após uma hora de demora um funcionário que não quiz se identificar alegou que não poderia fazer a manutenção, somente poderia fazer a instalação de equipamentos comprados na empresa. E olha que o meu veículo é caro e semi novo.
Terrible service, will never go back there. I had called and scheduled maintenance on my vehicle's electric lock and, after an hour's delay, an employee who did not want to identify himself claimed that he could not do the maintenance, he could only install equipment purchased from the company. And look, my vehicle is expensive and almost new.
