Os mesmos prestaram um suporte inadequado ao meu veículo.
Mas ainda sim por ter a garantia de 18 meses da bateria ela foi enviada para o fabricante para verificar se havia algum dano.
Fiquei surpreso com o encarregado da loja dizendo que não era obrigado a emprestar bateria enquanto a minha ia para garantia, e fica a pergunta, faço o que para tirar meu veículo da loja e enquanto aguardei cerca de 20 dias o retorno, teria que ficar todo o período sem usar o carro ou adquiri outra bateria?
Sem conhecimento do veículo em questão o mesmo queria me deixar com uma bateria que nem tinha força para ligar o carro, além de terem danificado acabamento plástico do suporte de fusíveis que fica no polo positivo.
Enfim
Já fui muito bom atendido nesta loja, por outros funcionários...esses deixaram a desejar, creio que precisem melhorar o conhecimento técnico em relação aos carros, e não só conhecer de bateria (como disse o encarregado).
I had a bad experience with the MOURA battery that I purchased at this store.
They provided inadequate support for my vehicle.
But still because of the 18-month warranty on the battery, it was sent to the manufacturer to check for damage.
I was surprised by the store manager saying that I was not obliged to lend a battery while mine went for warranty, and the question remains, I do what to get my vehicle out of the store and while I waited about 20 days for the return, I would have to stay all the period without using the car or purchased another battery?
Without knowledge of the vehicle in question, he wanted to leave me with a battery that didn't even have the power to start the car, in addition to having damaged the plastic finish of the fuse holder on the positive pole.
Anyway
I've been very well attended in this store, by other employees ... these left something to be desired, I believe that they need to improve their technical knowledge in relation to cars, and not only know about the battery (as the person in charge said).

Levei uma bateria que estava na garantia que deu problema ,chegando lá fizeram os texte e viram que meu alternador estava funcionando perfeitamente e q a bateria não tava segurando carga mesmo assim ficaram com a bateria dizendo q ia pra análise por 5dias voltando lá me entregaram a mesma bateria porém recondicionada e ainda falaram que minha bateria não tinha problema nenhum q só carregou e a carga voltou a segurar normalmente como se nunca tivesse dado problema, e detalhe a bateria era marca autolex!
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
Terrible service!
I took a battery that was under warranty that gave a problem, when they got there they did the text and saw that my alternator was working perfectly and the battery was not holding charge even so they had the battery saying that it was going to be analyzed for 5 days, returning there they gave me the same battery however it was reconditioned and they still said that my battery had no problem at all, it just charged and the charge went back to holding normally as if it had never had a problem, and detail the battery was autolex brand!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou dando 5 estrelas prq a tempos pego baterias com eles aí e normal se uma entre mil apresentar defeito e a última que peguei apresentou defeito mas me trocaram por outra nova e fui muito bem atendido por todos desta loja parabéns a todos vcs por terem excelente preços e dar toda assistência aos clientes ❤️ ? ?? ! ! !
I'm giving 5 stars because sometimes I get batteries with them there and it's normal if one in a thousand is defective and the last one I got was defective but they exchanged me for a new one and I was very well attended by everyone in this store congratulations to all of you for having excellent prices and give all assistance to customers ❤️ ? ??! ! !
