Agendei uma revisão de 40mil km do meu carro, pelo telefone. Me passaram um orçamento prévio. Levei o carro hoje a unidade e perguntaram se precisava dar ênfase em algo. Relatei um problema que o carro estava apresentando e informei inclusive que já havia levado o carro la anteriormente e que todos os testes que eles me propuseram ja tinham sido feitos e aue não detectaram nada.
Deixei o carro la de 08:30 as 16h. Liguei duas vezes, para poder verificar o andamento, visto que eles não haviam me dado nenhuma satisfação. Na ultima ligaçao perguntei inclusive sobre a pastilha de freio e me informaram que “ninguem tinha falado pra olhar isso não”. Eu questionei “mas revisão nao olha essas coisas?” e me informaram ainda pelo telefone que elas estavam boas.
As 16h fui buscar, liguei novamente para saber se estava pronto. Quando cheguei, sou surpreendida, ao questionar sobre a revisão, que nada tinha sido feito!!! No resumo da obra, o carro ficou la o dia inteiro parado, para fazerem novamente testes que já tinham sido feitos por eles mesmos em outra ocasião e NAO FIZERAM A REVISÃO QUE AGENDEI.
Quando questionei, ninguem foi capaz de explicar. Cada um foi pra um lado, ninguem me deu explicaçoes e ainda me questionaram com quem eu tinha conversado. Zero profissionais!
Bad experience!!!! I do not recommend
I scheduled a review of 40 thousand km of my car, over the phone. I was given a prior quote. I took the car to drive today and asked if I needed to emphasize something. I reported a problem that the car was showing and I even informed that I had taken the car there before and that all the tests they proposed had already been done and that they hadn't detected anything.
I left the car there from 8:30 am to 4 pm. I called twice to check on the progress as they had not given me any satisfaction. In the last call I even asked about the brake pad and they informed me that “nobody had told me to look at this”. I asked "but review doesn't look at these things?" and they informed me over the phone that they were fine.
At 4 pm I went to pick it up, called again to see if it was ready. When I arrived I was surprised, when asking about the review, that nothing had been done!!! In the summary of the work, the car remained there all day, to do tests again that had already been done by themselves on another occasion and DID NOT MAKE THE REVIEW THAT I SCHEDULED.
When I questioned, no one was able to explain. Each one went to one side, nobody gave me explanations and they even questioned me who I had talked to. Zero professionals!

Vou rodar alguns quilômetros e ver a performance do veículo, darei então uma nota definitiva sobre o serviço p/ hora executado, que a meu ver ficou aparentemente excelente, merecedores das 5 estrelas.
Impeccable service, very good physical facilities, professionals who know what they are doing, work according to the initial budget, service very well done.
I'm going to drive a few kilometers and see the vehicle's performance, then I'll give a definitive note on the service performed per hour, which in my opinion was apparently excellent, deserving of the 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro em 15/12/21 por volta das 10:00 horas com um pequeno barulho na roda dianteira esquerda. Deixei lá para orçamento, o orçamento só foi enviado no dia seguinte as 11:00 horas dizendo que teria que trocar amortecedor "cansado" da dianteira, e mais um monte de coisas que não me lembro, passava dos 4mil o orçamento. Segundo o rapaz, desmontou tudo pra chegar nesse valor, porém tudo sem eu ver. Eu estava com urgência pois estava em trânsito em BH por uns dias e iria viajar no sábado. Não o fiz e levei em outra oficina que me disse que o barulho era porque o meu disco de freio estava com um dentinho e a pastilha escostava, custo real R$ 0,00.
Obs: Eu tinha já feito revisão na semana anterior em outro local, dos 80.000 e feito rodízio, alinhamento/balanceamento, checagem da suspensão e freios ( onde eu havia trocado amortecedores traseiros e a pastilha já que o disco estava em falta pro meu modelo de carro ).
A Automais estava cheia, mas ao meu ponto de vista altou transparência ou conhecimento técnico, não recomendo.
I took my car on 12/15/21 around 10:00 am with a small noise in the left front wheel. I left it there for the budget, the budget was only sent the next day at 11:00 am saying that I would have to change the "tired" shock absorber on the front, and a lot more things that I don't remember, the budget was over 4 thousand. According to the boy, he dismantled everything to reach that amount, but all without my seeing it. I was urgently needed as I was in transit in BH for a few days and would travel on Saturday. I didn't do it and took it to another workshop, who told me that the noise was because my brake disc had a little tooth and the pad was leaning, real cost R$0.00.
Note: I had already reviewed the previous week at another location, from the 80,000 and rotated, aligned/balanced, checked the suspension and brakes (where I had changed the rear shock absorbers and the pad as the disc was missing for my model. car ).
Automais was full, but in my view, transparency or technical knowledge was high, I don't recommend it.
