Desde a instalação em dezembro de 2020 logo que instalada parou de funcionar, como a empresa impaco estava parada pela covid, ficou um tempão parada.
Logo que voltaram a funcionar levamos o relógio ponto para a assistência técnica.
Demorou uns dias e devolveram
Funcionou uns dias e voltou a dar defeito
Levamos novamente e pela minha supressa queria cobrar manutenção da mesma.
Contestamos e deixaram como revisão grátis
Esta ainda em revisão, vamos aguardar o retorno da mesma para ver se funcionará ou não
I bought an electronic watch for new point control and it is more in technical assistance than in my company.
