I am already a little knowledgeable in the automotive industry for selling lubricants for over 15 years and have a little knowledge of automotive procedures ... and the pleasant surprise was, nowadays extremely rare, to take my Fiat Toro to a problem where at the dealership they would go take my skin off, the problem was 100% assessed and the amount charged was fair .. and very well done.
