★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSURDO!!! Levei meu carro lá, identificaram os problemas e me fizeram esperar duas horas pra dizer que encontraram as peças. Após passarem o orçamento, me pediram pra ir buscar o carro no final da tarde. Quando cheguei lá, esperei mais duas horas pra descobrir que apenas um problema tinha sido reparado porque as outras peças não tinham sido encontradas. RESUMINDO: perdi o dia em uma oficina incapaz de consertar meu carro por completo. PRA PIORAR: o dono não gostou quando eu disse que iria passar o cartão e ME PRESSIONOU a pagar à vista. ABSURDO!!!
ABSURD!!! I took my car there, identified the problems and made me wait two hours to say that they found the parts. After passing the budget, I was asked to pick up the car in the late afternoon. When I got there, I waited two more hours to find that only one problem had been fixed because the other parts had not been found. SUMMARY: I wasted the day in a garage unable to repair my car completely. TO WORSE: the owner didn't like it when I said I would pass the card and PRESSED ME to pay cash. ABSURD!!!
