★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 23/02 fui a Automix com problemas na suspensão de uma hilux 2012, estava fazendo barulho quando girava o volante. No diagnóstico deles teria que trocar: bucha superiores e inferiores da balança dos 2 lado, pivô superior e inferior do lado motorista e inferior do lado passageiro. Não quis fazer o reparo pois parte dessas buchas eu já havia trocado menos de 20 dias, neste momento tentaram me persuadir dizendo que eu ficaria quebrado na estrada pois estaria voltando para minha cidade no Pará ainda ouve uma afirmação de um dos mecânicos "a suspensão esta um bagaço". Vir sem fazer a manutenção e chegando em Tucumã-PA fui na mecânica de minha confiança, onde foi necessário trocar: bucha superior da balança lado passageiro e pivô superior ficando em 520 reais. Se tivesse feito a manutenção na Automix teria ficado umas 05 vezes o valor que gastei. Resumindo, SÃO DESONESTOS e se eu não tivesse conhecimento do meu carro, eu teria levado um grande prejuízo. Condenaram também uma coifa sem nenhuma avaria.

If I had done the maintenance at Automix it would have been about 05 times the amount I spent. In short, THEY ARE DISHONEST and if I had not been aware of my car, I would have taken a huge loss. They also condemned a hood without any damage.
