Me cobraram na época 800 reais pelo serviço, valor este que considerei adequado perto de outras oficinas e dado o tamanho do problema. Recentemente, entretanto, após meu carro apresentar problemas nas velas e respectivos cabos, levei meu carro para um orçamento. Foi pedido a quantia de 770 reais para a troca das velas, dos cabos e limpeza dos bicos. Caso fosse necessário trocar a Bobina de onde saem os cabos das velas, esse valor iria para 1090 reais. Meu carro é um Gol 1.6 2016-17. Considerei os valores altos e então procurei outro lugar. Não entendo de carros e nem de valores, portanto tirem as suas próprias conclusões.
 In 2015 I took my car to fix the bodywork and paint in this workshop after a side collision. I was charged 800 reais for the service at the time, a value that I considered appropriate close to other workshops and given the size of the problem. Recently, however, after my car had problems with plugs and cables, I took my car for a quote. The amount of 770 reais was requested for the replacement of candles, cables and cleaning of the nozzles. If it was necessary to change the coil from where the spark plug cables come out, that amount would go to 1090 reais. My car is a Gol 1.6 2016-17. I considered the values high and then looked elsewhere. I don't know about cars or values, so draw your own conclusions.

I didn't know the Carlão Automotive Center. The experience was one of real honesty and uniqueness on the part of Carlão. In addition to being a professional with these qualities, their mechanics are excellent and their assistants are very polite and dedicated to the customer and to your car in an exceptional way. I recommend it to everyone in Ribeirão Preto.

Totalmente insatisfeito!
Falta de comprometimento, atenção e irresponsabilidade!
Carro ficou quase um mês com o serviço aprovado, não foi concretizado, e um dos serviços que foi feito, foi a bomba d'água e já está com o nível abaixo a água, e o carro está falhando e com dificuldade de dar partida, outro serviço que foi feito, foi o regulador de voltagem, alternador na língua nossa!
O Carro ficou em baixo de outro no estacionamento e tem mancha de óleo no teto.
Como que você pode dar credibilidade em um lugar como esse.
Fui lá por indicação e acho que a pessoa se arrependeu de ter indicado.
Decepcionou muito o lugar.
Espero não ter que acionar a garantia, porque não pretendo voltar nunca mais nesse lugar.

The car stayed with the approved service for almost a month, it was not completed, and one of the services that was done was the water pump and the water level is already below, and the car is failing and is difficult to start, another service that was done was the voltage regulator, alternator in our language!
The car was under another in the parking lot and has an oil stain on the roof.
How can you give credibility in a place like this.
I went there by referral and I think the person regretted having indicated.
Disappointed the place a lot.
I hope I don't have to call the guarantee, because I don't intend to return to that place ever again.
