★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina com uma boa estrutura e boa localização, porém, preço exorbitante, maior que na concessionária. Levei meu veículo para um orçamento e alguns serviços de reparo na funilaria não faziam e sim orientavam pela troca peça por uma nova.
Workshop with a good structure and good location, however, exorbitant price, higher than in the dealership. I took my vehicle for a quote and some repair services in the body shop did not do, but guided by changing the part for a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo este local, total ausência de profissionalismo e sentimento de descaso com os clientes. Fui destratado por um dos atendentes, que fez pouco caso para fornecer um orçamento de um pequeno reparo que pretendia fazer em meu veículo.
Aguardei por dias o retorno do representante da empresa, fui até lá por duas vezes e parecia que eu estava pedindo gratuidade, absurdo!
Definitivamente, fico feliz por não ter feito o serviço lá, pois tenho impressão que teria muitos problemas e aborrecimentos.
I do not recommend this place, total lack of professionalism and feeling of disregard for customers. I was disliked by one of the attendants, who did little to provide a budget for a small repair that I intended to do in my vehicle.
I waited for days for the return of the company representative, I went there twice and it seemed that I was asking gratuity, absurd!
I am definitely glad I did not do the service there, as I have the impression that it would have many problems and hassles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente em si aparenta ser mal planejado. Para tirar um simples dúvida de serviço se faz necessário atravessar toda a estrutura para chegar a um área similar a um recepção.
Fora isso o serviço prestado foi bom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível,meu veículo precisou retorna por quatro vezes até o dia de hoje para resolver problemas primários,aqui mecânica totalmente despreparada,não presta bons serviços,deixando até parafuso de roda solto.
Não cumpre prazo de entrega e ainda por cima entende que o cliente é intransigente diante da cobrança por melhoras no serviço.
Não aconselho a tornar esse lugar em oficina para nenhum tipo de serviço para seu automóvel.
Horrible, my vehicle needed to return four times until today to solve primary problems, here mechanics totally unprepared, does not provide good services, even leaving wheel bolts loose.
It does not meet the delivery deadline and, on top of that, it understands that the customer is uncompromising when charging for improvements in the service.
I do not advise turning this place into a workshop for any type of service for your car.
