★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, comprei um voiage do vendedor Fábio fiquei 2 meses com carro parado andei 200 km carro apresentou problemas no motor o mesmo nem quiz saber e falou quê não tenho garantia alguma, essa é huma de várias denúncias quê vou fazer dessa empresa na Internet ou alguém deles se retrata comigo e resolve meu problema
Terrible, I bought a voiage from the seller Fabio, I had a stopped car for 2 months, walked 200 km, the car had engine problems, he didn't even want to know and said that I have no warranty, this is one of several complaints I'm going to make of this company on the Internet or someone of them portrays me and solves my problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO!!! APÓS INFORMAR O MODELO, MARCA, ANO E KILOMETRAGEM PARA UM FUNCIONÁRIO DESSA LOJA E O MESMO ME DIZER QUE TINHA INTERESSE, EU E MINHA ESPOSA SAÍMOS DE OUTRA CIDADE PARA PODER REALIZAR A TROCA EM UM OUTRO VEICULO QUE TINHAMOS INTERESSE.
AO CHEGAR A LOJA FOMOS PESSIMAMENTE ATENDIDO PELO FUNCIONÁRIO, E O MESMO NOS INFORMA QUE NÃO TINHA INTERESSE NO VEICULO POIS NAÕ TEM SAIDA E TAL.
PORQUE O MESMO NÃO NOS INFORMOU ANTES DE SAIR DA MINHA CIDADE QUE NÃO TINHA INTERESSE??
SENDO QUE LIGUEI E PASSEI TODAS AS INFORMAÇÕES DO VEICULO ANTES DE IR!!

TERRIBLE!!! AFTER INFORMING THE MODEL, BRAND, YEAR AND KILOMETER TO AN EMPLOYEE AT THAT STORE AND THE SAME TELLING ME THAT HE WAS INTERESTED, MY WIFE AND I LEFT ANOTHER CITY TO BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE ANOTHER VEHICLE THAT WE ARE INTERESTED IN.
WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE STORE, WE WERE VERY ATTENDED BY THE EMPLOYEE, AND THE EMPLOYEE INFORMS US THAT HE HAS NO INTEREST IN THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT HAS NO EXIT AND SUCH.
WHY DIDN'T HE INFORM US BEFORE LEAVING MY TOWN THAT HE WAS NOT INTERESTED??
BECAUSE I CALLED AND PASSED ALL THE VEHICLE INFORMATION BEFORE GOING!!
LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,vendedor Fábio faltou de profissionalismo,comprei um gol ano 2015,no dia 24 de março 20 dias após a bateria acabou,ligamos para ele,para ressarcir o valor da bateria,ele disse que não iria pagar,a garantia era de motor e câmbio, não conhece lei Código de defesa do Consumidor que diz:que dentro de ,90 dias a garantia é completa a todos os itens do carro,pois bem vamos procurar o procon para reaver o valor sem contar danos morais.somos de Campinas
