★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com um cliente comprar uma bomba alimentadora da bomba injetora do Scania e a mesma estava com defeito. Não quiseram trocar a peça defeituosa e nem devolver o dinheiro para o cliente que tinha pressa e urgência e o atendente do Perin alegando que teria que mandar a referida peça para a fábrica e esperar a resposta e em caso afirmativo ser feita a troca da peça . O cliente teve que ir numa autorizada Bosch que constatou que realmente a peça nova estava com defeito e recondicionou a peça quebrada antiga , e teve que gastar mais R$498.00 .
Absurdo !!! O caminhão estava quebrado e parado no acostamento da Rodovia Anhanguera e o cliente tinha urgência em sair dali , e uma loja do tamanho do Perin
exigir que fábrica mandasse resposta quanto a defeito de fabricação!!!
Provavelmente o cliente irá processar a loja !!!
I went with a customer to buy a feed pump for the Scania injection pump and it was defective. They did not want to exchange the defective part or return the money to the customer who was in a hurry and urgency and the Perin attendant claiming that he would have to send the said part to the factory and wait for the answer and if so, the part would be exchanged. The customer had to go to a Bosch authorized dealer who found that the new part was really defective and refurbished the old broken part, and had to spend another R $ 498.00.
Nonsense !!! The truck was broken and stopped on the shoulder of Anhanguera Highway and the customer was in urgent need to get out of there, and a Perin-sized store
require the factory to send a reply regarding the manufacturing defect !!!
Probably the customer will sue the store !!!
