Unfortunately they do not qualify as assistance, they only serve as a collection point to be sent to Recife. They can't solve anything and don't even provide assistance to the customer.

De ponto negativo: isso não é uma assistencia técnica, deveriam economizar e abrir apenas uma garagem para ponto de coleta de aparelhos, já que não resolvem NADA por lá. Pena para a Samsung que está sendo péssimamente representada na região de Garanhuns/PE
On a positive note: the store's facade is very beautiful.
On the downside: this is not technical assistance, they should save money and just open a garage as a collection point for devices, since they do not solve ANYTHING there. Too bad for Samsung that is being badly represented in the region of Garanhuns/PE
