★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, más durante o teste o acompanhante não respondeu em nenhuma perguntas básica como valor de torque/rotação e tipo de câmbio (com ou sem conversor de torque) dados básicos para avaliar um veículo.
 Good service, but during the test the companion did not answer any basic questions such as torque / speed value and type of exchange (with or without torque converter) basic data to evaluate a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim. Entra na loja e parece que mendiga atendimento. Mostra o carro apenas por obrigação e bem mostra os recursos do carro atual. Nem se preocupa em te responder às dúvidas técnicas. Decepcionante.
Bad service. Enter the store and looks like beggar care. Shows the car only by obligation and well shows the features of the current car. Nor do you bother answering your technical questions. Disappointing.

Nada a reclamar e na minha opinião quem critica infelizmente deveria ir na FIAT ou em outra concessionária.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Quem nos atendeu foi a vendedora Denise, super indiferente e olha que íamos comprar a vista. Convenci meu esposo a não efetivar a compra. Ela mal nos olhava, a sorte que meu esposo entende bastante de carro pois já assistiu, de antemão, os vídeos no YouTube, senão não saberíamos nada. A vendedora abriu a porta da loja, deixou aberta para que nos saíssemos e nos deixou lá sozinhos. Ou seja, perdeu a venda! A loja em si, acredito que tenha essa política, uma vez que vi bastante avaliação negativa. Se tiver gerente, talvez esse seja conivente ou indiferente mesmo em como os clientes estão sendo atendidos!!! NÃO RECOMENDO!
Terrible! The seller Denise was the one who attended us, super indifferent and we were going to buy it in cash. I convinced my husband not to make the purchase. She barely looked at us, luck that my husband knows a lot about cars because he's already watched the videos on YouTube beforehand, otherwise we wouldn't know anything. The saleswoman opened the store door, left it open for us to leave and left us there alone. In other words, lost the sale! The store itself, I believe has this policy, as I've seen a lot of negative feedback. If you have a manager, maybe this one is conniving or indifferent even in how customers are being served!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
