★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço, porém o gerente é super falho em prestar um prazo e cumpri-lo, seja amigo, conhecido ou cliente. O detalhe é que todo o serviço é feito por agendamento, contudo há muitos serviços que são colocados à frente e não seguem uma ordem. Nosso carro segue a 1 ano que foi pago e a pelo menos 10 meses em que as peças necessárias foram compradas por nós.
A AutoVAG iria me salvar, mas ao final, agiu pior em nos forçar a situações de longa espera, a suscetivas viagens à capital e por diversas vezes ludibriar nossa fé (que desde a segunda quinzena de julho/21 vêm promovendo promessas, nenhuma cumprida).

Outro fator que pode justificar esse meu comentário é que tudo foi completamente pessoal e isso só piora, pois por várias vezes vi e notei outros muitos serviços posteriores sendo entregues primeiro que o nosso, sendo que eu de bom grado me dispus a contribuir com a AutoVAG, para a qual preparei todo material gráfico e impresso com devido a prontidão inicial do proprietário da empresa em resolver nosso problema e que findou ficando pior.

Considero reiterar esse comentário desde que tenha meu carro entregue tal como prometido ou a retirada do veículo, um Audi A3 8L cor vermelho duas portas e placa de São Gonçalo do Amarante, tal como está e com as devidas restituições a que nos submetemos em virtudes das promessas da empresa, as viagens decorrentes de cada prazo dado e de documentação.

Excellent service, however the manager is super flawed in providing a deadline and meeting it, whether friend, acquaintance or client. The detail is that all the service is done by appointment, however there are many services that are placed ahead and do not follow an order. Our car follows the 1 year that was paid for and at least 10 months that the necessary parts were purchased by us.
AutoVAG would save me, but in the end, it acted worse in forcing us into situations of long waits, to frequent trips to the capital and several times to deceive our faith (which since the second half of July/21 have been promoting promises, none of them fulfilled) .

Another factor that can justify my comment is that everything was completely personal and it only gets worse, because on several occasions I saw and noticed many other later services being delivered before ours, and I gladly volunteered to contribute to AutoVAG , for which I prepared all graphic and printed material with due to the company owner's initial readiness to solve our problem and which ended up getting worse.

I consider reiterating this comment as long as I have my car delivered as promised or the vehicle is picked up, an Audi A3 8L red two-door and São Gonçalo do Amarante license plate, as it is and with the due refunds to which we submit due to the company promises, the trips resulting from each given deadline and documentation.
