★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FURADAAAA!!!SAiam dessa agência!!!!Vendem carros maquiados, alegam que fazem revisão e na verdade, não fazem!!!Me venderam um carro EX TAXI, sem me comunicar!!! Fiquei sabendo através dos documentos de vistoria do GNV!!
Resolveram em parte os problemas que o carro apresentou(mesmo antes de sair da agência), tive que disponibilizar o carro por vários dias após a compra, me desloquei diversas vezes p agência sem o carro p aguardar os reparos da tão "prometida revisão"!! Imaginem só?VC compra o carro achando que está fazendo um bom negócio, quando na verdade , não está!!DOr de cabeça total!!!!NUnca MAis!!!Aprendi a lição com eles!!!!
FURADAAAA!!! Get out of this agency!!!! They sell makeup cars, they claim they do revision and in fact, they don't!!! They sold me an EX TAXI car, without telling me!!! I found out through the CNG inspection documents!!
They partially solved the problems that the car presented (even before leaving the agency), I had to make the car available for several days after purchase, I went several times to the agency without the car to wait for the repairs of the so "promised overhaul"! ! Just imagine? You buy the car thinking you're getting a good deal, when in fact, you're not!! Total headache!!!!Never again!!! I learned my lesson from them!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de comprar te ligam, mandam mensagem, falam até que vão na sua casa pra vocês assinar o documento, mas depois não atendem, não respondem mensagem. Estou aguardando me darem um retorno sobre a mudança de nome e o vendedor não responde. Não me deram nota fiscal, nenhum comprovante de compra.
Before buying, they call you, send a message, say they will come to your house for you to sign the document, but then they don't answer, don't answer a message. I am waiting for feedback on the name change and the seller is not responding. They didn't give me an invoice, no proof of purchase.

Bad service, needing better employees to take the company seriously but the company's concept falls into the market and it's hard to get attention in the midst of so many competitions (if your employees have charisma you even sell a car without an engine terrible employees don't know how to deal with the public in the sales market ) Apart from that the company has beautiful cars

São pessoas sem palavras, me enrolaram muito.
Comprei um carro com eles em Jan e só me entregaram a documentação em Março, fora que tive que arcar com o IPVA do meu carro, do deles, e ainda tive que arcar também com multa do carro deles, onde nem estava em posse do carro ainda. E eles falaram que iriam pagar o IPVA do carro deles e a multa, e não cumpriu com nada.
NÃO façam negócio com esta loja.... nunca!!!!!

They are people without words, they got me a lot.
I bought a car from them in Jan and they only delivered the documentation to me in March, apart from that I had to pay the IPVA for my car, for theirs, and I also had to pay a fine for their car, where I wasn't even in possession of the car still. And they said they would pay the IPVA on their car and the fine, and they did nothing.
DO NOT do business with this store.... ever!!!!!
I took a huge loss!!!!!!
