★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente há muito tempo, no dia 24/01/20 fui comprar dois pneus e pedi para que olhasse uma pequena trepidação no volante. Fui informado que a suspensão inteira do meu carrobestava condenada, e deveriam ser que trocados amortecedores dianteiros e kits, bieletas, coxim, amortecedores traseiros e kit traseiro + batentes. Falei que não iria fazer o serviço pois já desconfiava do alto preço e sendo que conheço meu carro, paguei os pneus R$650,00 e me cobraram mais R$250,00 de diagnóstico por eu não ter feito a suspensão com eles, por fim, paguei um total de R$900,00. Na terça feira dia 28/01/20 levei o carro até a concessionária onde ficou constatado único problema era uma bieleta ruim. Ou seja, me cobrar por um diagnóstico errado, fraudulento e vicioso. Ao ligar e falar com o Cristiano (responsável pelo orçamento) e pedir a devolução dos R$250,00 ele me disse que não queria saber e que me mostrava que as peças estavam ruins. Experiência péssima, fujam !
Fora isso devem ser sonegadores, falaram que estavam com problemas na impressora e não emitiram NF. Desconfie de ligares assim. Não levem seu carro nessa empresa. Tenho até o vídeo do funcionário da concessionária falando, pedi o whatsapp do Sr Cristiano para mostrar e ele não me passou. Sou da comerciante da região e vou falar pra todo mundo da minha experiência. Isso pra mim, se resume em ladrão.

Lousy experience, run away!
Otherwise they must be tax evaders, they said they were having problems with the printer and did not issue invoices. Be wary of calling like that. Don't take your car with this company. I even have the video of the concessionaire employee talking, I asked Mr. Cristiano's whatsapp to show it and he didn't pass it on to me. I am a merchant in the region and I will tell everyone about my experience. That for me, boils down to a thief.
