★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pessoal de serviço do condomínio é nota 1000. Pessoal muito disciplinado e prestativo. O que estraga no condomínio é o barulho ensurdecedor da criançada. Muitos pais não educam, então é recorrente criança falando palavrão muito pesado, brincando de forma insuportável. O condomínio tem o defeito de ter uma quadra de futebol e uma piscina bem entre as duas torres, com um projeto acústico inexistente. O grau de incômodo é desanimador demais. As vagas de estacionamento são extremamente apertadas. Não recomendo viver nesse lugar.
The condominium service staff is 1000's. Very disciplined and helpful staff. What spoils the condominium is the deafening noise of the kids. Many parents don't educate, so it's recurrent child swearing very heavily, playing in an unbearable way. The condominium has the defect of having a football court and a swimming pool right between the two towers, with a non-existent acoustic project. The degree of discomfort is too discouraging. Parking spaces are extremely tight. I don't recommend living there.
