Diante de todo o stress de falta de informação ao cliente, uma vez que, vencendo o prazo de entrega, cobrei todo dia o mesmo. Propuseram retorno de 50%, por conta de um erro deles... Por final, faltaram com respeito utilizando palavras de baixo calão, insinuando ação de má fé por minha parte.
I requested CUSTOMIZED lab coats, going through all the measurements and the material was delivered with 30 CM UNLESS the requested and after the stipulated deadline, more precisely 15 days late. Given all the stress of lack of information to the customer, once the delivery deadline is over, I cover the same every day. They proposed a 50% return, due to a mistake they made... Finally, they disrespected them, using profanity, insinuating an act of bad faith on my part.

Eles NAO CUMPREM o PRAZO, e ficam MENTINDO dizendo que estão priorizando, pra pegar no outro dia e NUNCA fica pronto! Cada camiseta ficou de uma cor, faltando desenhos, mangas com a cor diferente, costuras mal feitas, e CARO!! Mas infelizmente não tínhamos tempo de cancelar e fazer com outra empresa.
TERRIBLE!!! For God's sake, you who are reading this msg in time DON'T ORDER ANYTHING with this company!! If I had read the reviews before I wouldn't have made such a sad mistake!!! They DON'T MEET THE DEADLINE, and keep LYING saying they're prioritizing, to pick up the next day and it's NEVER ready! Each shirt was in one color, missing designs, sleeves with a different color, poor seams, and EXPENSIVE!! But unfortunately we didn't have time to cancel and do it with another company.

Fora das medidas passadas e modelo aprovado. Além disso, muita falta de respeito com o cliente ao dizer por mais de 20 dias seguidos "estamos priorizando seu pedido, na próxima quarta está pronto"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O material é ótimo, a impressão também, mas o serviço em si foi péssimo. Mandei a arte no fim de julho, 3 dias se passaram e não confirmaram que a arte tinha chegado. Mandei mensagem e aí que foram verificar. Fiz o pagamento no final do mesmo mês, e só consegui as blusas 22 dias ÚTEIS depois, sendo que solicitaram 15 dias úteis para a entrega. Ao retirar o material, produziram a arte errada, todas as peças voltaram para correção, me falaram que entregariam no outro dia, mas só entregaram uma semana depois. Falei que não queria mais o material pois o evento em que eu usar as blusas já havia passado, solicitei o reembolso da entrada, me ignoraram por dois dias até que finalmente informaram que o material estava pronto (continuaram ignorando meu pedido de reembolso). No fim das contas, me deram um desconto de R$100,00 (porque eu insisti) e eu peguei meu material com 30 dias úteis (detalhe: era apenas 10 blusas). Tem qualidade, mas não tem compromisso.
The material is great, the print too, but the service itself was terrible. I sent the artwork at the end of July, 3 days had passed and they didn't confirm that the artwork had arrived. I sent a message and then they went to check. I made the payment at the end of the same month, and only got the blouses 22 BUSINESS days later, and they requested 15 business days for delivery. When removing the material, they produced the wrong artwork, all the pieces went back for correction, they told me they would deliver it the next day, but they only delivered it a week later. I said that I didn't want the material anymore because the event where I used the blouses had already passed, I requested a refund for the ticket, they ignored me for two days until they finally informed me that the material was ready (they continued to ignore my refund request). In the end, they gave me a discount of R$100.00 (because I insisted) and I got my stuff with 30 working days (detail: it was only 10 blouses). It has quality, but no commitment.

Esse final de semana passada passamos por um constrangimento enorme com eles, apesar de termos feito o pedido a mais de 30 dias, com a confirmação deles de que o produto estaria pronto em dias. Mas como sempre faltaram com a responsabilidade , compromisso com o cliente. Nós deixaram na mão e entregaram um material em péssimo estado de uso, sem condições de uso.
Terrible service, without any commitment to the customer. This past weekend we went through a huge embarrassment with them, despite having placed the order more than 30 days ago, with their confirmation that the product would be ready in days. But as they always lacked responsibility, commitment to the client. We left it in hand and delivered a material in disrepair, with no usable conditions.
