★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia.. Desde do dia 11/05 que tento pelo menos uma resposta conclusiva de vocês. Adquiri um curso do empresa através da plataforma deles: "AcademyCon".
Embora em diversos locais do site diga que possui material de apoio, não possui e ao tentar buscar ajuda do suporte não é dada uma resposta real.
Infelizmente isso que vocês praticaram chama-se propaganda enganosa, já que é divulgado que tem material de apoio quando na verdade não tem.
O curso é até bom, mas a plataforma não é (visto que já é o segundo problema que tenho) e o suporte pior ainda.
Good morning.. Since the 11/05th I've tried at least one conclusive answer from you. I purchased a course from the company through their platform: "AcademyCon".
Although in several places on the site it says that it has support material, it doesn't and when trying to seek help from support, no real answer is given.
Unfortunately, what you practiced is called false advertising, since it is publicized that it has support material when in fact it does not.
The course is even good, but the platform is not (since it is the second problem I have) and the support is even worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou matriculada no curso Lean Construction Management - Green Belt, e embora em diversos locais do site fale em material de apoio, este não está disponível para mim.
O professor Andre falou bastante no módulo "Planejamento de Longo Prazo com Conceitos Lean" sobre o material de apoio e também sobre planilhas complementares principalmente para auxílio da resolução do exercício da aula 13 e também a citada na aula 22 de geração de linha de balanço automática.
Embora o curso seja muito bom este já é o segundo problema que tenho com a plataforma, desestimula fazer outros cursos com vocês por isso.
