★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo no dia de folga ficar 2 horas em uma recepção esperando passar pelo médico para fazer simples exame periódico. No caso do meu nem laboratorial precisava . Imagina se tivesse exame laboratorial iria passa o dia lá. Absurdo
 It is absurd on the day off to spend 2 hours at a reception waiting to see the doctor for a simple periodic examination. In the case of mine neither laboratory needed. Imagine if I had a laboratory exam I would spend the day there. Absurd

Gnt that this q bad service the worst are the receptionists with an unwillingness to attend you and outside the medical consultation q in less than 5 seconds attends you without paying the slightest concern with your real clinical condition really left something to be desired in everything since the reception to medical care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente é sério mesmo, eu nunca vi clínica pior que essa. Cheguei 8:00 pra fazer exame fiz a ficha 9:30 e são 11:20 e não fui atendida, isso tudo de jejum. Clínica totalmente desorganizada.
People are serious, I've never seen a clinic worse than this. 8:00 I came to take did to 9:30 plug, are 11:20 and was not met, it all fast. Totally disorganized clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaceitável ficar 2 horas e 30 esperando para um exame que não durou nem 5 minutos, isso porque eu tinha horário agendado,isso pq reclamei porque se não a espera seria maior ainda, tremenda falta de respeito! Não recomendo nem pros meus inimigos.
Unacceptable to stay 2 hours and 30 waiting for an exam that did not last nor 5 minutes, this because I had scheduled time, this because I complained because if not the wait would be even greater, tremendous lack of respect! I do not recommend either to my enemies.

Mas a demissional ultrapassou todos os limites: mais de 4 horas esperando, e por um serviço que é pago e geralmente rápido. Ainda exige das contrarantes que marque um horário, não entendo o motivo sendo que nunca é cumprido. Fica lotado o lugar e sem cadeira pra todos. Imagina, ficar 3 a 4h esperando em pé.! É pior do que sus e total desconsideração com o cliente e ser humano, ainda mais se tratando de uma empresa de medicina
Both the admission and the dismissal were slow to call. But the demissional has exceeded all limits: more than 4 hours waiting, and for a service that is paid and generally fast. It still demands of the adversaries that you make an appointment, I do not understand why it is never fulfilled. The place is crowded and there is no chair for everyone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa que não sabe tratar seu cliente. Filas enormes, não importa se você chega no horário ou não. Essa clínica não tem estrutura nenhuma para atender a demanda que possui. Se você tiver opção de escolha ( que não é o meu caso), vá em outra clínica pois essa é péssima! Da para confirmar minha avaliação pelo número de estrelas que possui.
A company that doesn't know how to treat its customer. Huge lines, it doesn't matter if you arrive on time or not. This clinic has no structure to meet the demand it has. If you have a choice (which is not my case), go to another clinic because this one is terrible! You can confirm my rating by the number of stars it has.
