★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível pessoal, infelizmente não tive sorte, acho que só pode isto falta de sorte ou não, pois, não era para depender da sorte para ser bem atendido. A recepção foi excelente com o proprietário nos atendendo, porém, os funcionários não fizeram jus ao seu patrão. Fizemos o pedido e depois de 54 minutos o pedido da gente foi para outra mesa. Aí não tem como! Pedi a conta e perdi minha noite e tive que ir para outro lugar para aí sim ser atendido. Lastimável.
Horrible staff, unfortunately I was not lucky, I think it can only this bad luck or not, therefore, it was not to depend on luck to be well attended. The reception was excellent with the owner taking care of us, however, the staff did not live up to their boss. We made the request and after 54 minutes our order went to another table. There's no way! I asked for the bill and I lost my night and I had to go somewhere else to be there. Pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPERIÊNCIA HORRÍVEL!! Fizemos o pedido as 20:45 logo que chegamos, fomos bem rápidos na escolha já para que não demorasse muito, pois iria viajar as 22 hrs. Após 45 min de espera fiquei sabendo que o meu pedido que já estava beemmm demorado NÃO IRIA SAIR ainda porque a atendente não tinha realizado o pedido no sistema, pra completar a experiência ruim: o pedido da mesa ao lado chegou antes do nosso pedido; Detalhe::: o casal da mesa ao lado tinha chagado beeeeeem depois da gente!! Totalizando 50 minutos de espera sem o meu pedido ser entregue, sair do local indignada e com fome, tendo que passar em outro local pra pegar um Salgado rápido para poder comer antes da viagem. Dei uma estrela, mas se pudesse não dava nenhuma, infelizmente ???

Totaling 50 minutes of waiting without my order being delivered, leaving the place indignant and hungry, having to go elsewhere to grab a quick salty to be able to eat before the trip.
