Tem Crossfit, Musculação, Aulas de Dança, Funcional e Ginástica. até aqui estou muito satisfeito com tudo. A unica sugestão seria ter algum esporte tipo jiu-jitsu ou muay thai!
Today I completed my third week at Avance Academia. It has good facilities, good equipment and attentive instructors. It has Crossfit, Bodybuilding, Dance Classes, Functional and Gymnastics. so far I am very satisfied with everything. The only suggestion would be to have some sport like jiu-jitsu or muay thai!
