★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenhuma estrela. Um ano que comprei carro com eles e até hoje sequer Consegui passar o documento.pro meu nome . Além de já ter passado por várias situações no decorrer desse ano. Nem mesmo o kit gás foi incluído no documento. Sigo na luta pra resolver, um jogo de empurrar empurra , ninguém se compromete , desorganizados e tratam a gente com descaso .
 No stars. One year I bought a car with them and until today I haven't even managed to pass the document to my name. Besides having already gone through several situations during this year. Not even the gas kit was included in the document. I continue in the fight to resolve it, a game of pushing and pushing, no one is committed, they are disorganized and they treat us with indifference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudou demais. Estão péssimos em atendimento e pós venda. Meu pai comprou uma camionete em 2019 e até o momento não conseguiu o CRV no nome dele, a loja só fica enrolando e nunca resolve.
Não indico pra fazer negócio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pós venda, a agência não tem comprometimento, responsabilidade e consideração nenhuma com o cliente...serviços feitos na oficina de péssima qualidade, enrolam o tempo todo pra passar o tempo de garantia e ainda prestam um serviço de péssima qualidade, e ainda me venderam um fiesta todo engatilhado, que deu problema na parte de baixo do cabeçote em menos de 2 semanas, tendo que optar por outro carro...nunca comprem veículo nesse estabelecimento!!
Terrible after-sales service, the agency has no commitment, responsibility and no consideration for the customer...services done in the workshop of poor quality, they roll around all the time to pass the warranty period and still provide a poor quality service, and still they sold me a fully cocked fiesta, which gave me a problem with the underside of the head in less than 2 weeks, having to choose another car...never buy a vehicle from this establishment!!
