★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima comunicação entre administrativo é cliente, não obtem retorno dos solicitados. O contrato bastante abusivo. No qual não recebi o meu com a minha assinatura. Atendimento de funcionária de recepção indiferente é não explica o contrato. No primeiro dia fui largada eu e meu filho no meio da academia sem direcionamento. Professores sem interesse em acompanhar . Logo qdo entra já é oferecido personal onde parece que existe diferença entre alunos q adere é aqueles que não. Período noturno impossível fazer treino não tem equipamento suficiente para o número de alunos q colocam. Em fim não me adaptei. Mto triste é não
Bad communication between administrative and customer, does not get feedback from requests. The contract is quite abusive. In which I did not receive mine with my signature. Indifferent reception staff service is not explaining the contract. On the first day, my son and I were dumped in the middle of the gym with no direction. Teachers not interested in following up. As soon as you enter, personal is already offered where it seems that there is a difference between students who adhere and those who do not. Night period impossible to do training doesn't have enough equipment for the number of students that place. In the end, I didn't adapt. very sad is no

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia super completa em termos de aparelhos e também de modalidades(danças, luta, funcional). Apesar da estrutura/espaço ser mais compacto. Ambiente agradavel e confortável, professores atenciosos e gentis, demais funcionários idem. E além de tudo tem uma grade ampla de horarios (das 05h as 23h). Muito bem localizada (proximo ao Bosque Maia/ Centro/ Vila Galvão). O fato de ter uma base policial ao lado, também agega valor no quesito segurança!
Super complete gym in terms of equipment and also modalities (dance, fight, functional). Despite the structure/space being more compact. Pleasant and comfortable environment, attentive and kind teachers, other staff as well. And besides everything, it has a wide range of hours (from 5 am to 11 pm). Very well located (near Bosque Maia / Center / Vila Galvão). The fact that it has a police base next door also adds value in terms of security!
