★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um dos piores atendimentos que ja tive, tinha hora marcada para as 9h10 da manha mas memso apos as 10h40 nao tinha nem subido para a sala e estava na portaria do predio esperando.
One of the worst calls I've ever had, I had an appointment for 9:10 in the morning but even after 10:40 I hadn't even gone up to the living room and was waiting in the building's lobby.

Fui informada pela Larissa para subir rapidamente na sala porque a médica não iria atender quem não estava na sala, aglomerou mais de 10 pessoas no local e foi embora sem nenhuma satisfação ( a medica)
Desrespeito com o ser humano e fora que abandonei minha comida na lanchonete, rasguei 30,00 e agora estou aqui a mais de 1 hora, sem atendimento e aglomerado com 9 pessoas em uma sala pequena.
Aguardo uma solução.
E não mandem seus funcionários para esse local.
Poor service, lack of education and overcrowding in the place!
I was told by Larissa to go up quickly in the room because the doctor would not see anyone who was not in the room, gathered more than 10 people in the room and left without any satisfaction (the doctor)
Disrespect for the human being and besides, I abandoned my food in the cafeteria, I tore 30.00 and now I'm here for more than 1 hour, without service and crowded with 9 people in a small room.
I await a solution.
And don't send your employees to that location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica precisa se adequar aos parâmetros da NR 07, se atentar quanto aos Riscos específicos de cada função/empresa e principalmente quanto a inclusão dos dados do Médico Coordenador de acordo com o PCMSO da empresa específica. Fomos até a clínica e infelizmente tivemos que cancelar o andamento dos exames em virtude da falta de informações, conforme citei, no ASO. São informações imprescindíveis à nível de fiscalização e atendimento à NR 07. Tivemos uma péssima experiência! Tempo perdido!!!
The clinic needs to adapt to the parameters of NR 07, pay attention to the specific Risks of each function/company and especially to the inclusion of the Coordinating Physician's data in accordance with the PCMSO of the specific company. We went to the clinic and unfortunately we had to cancel the progress of the exams due to the lack of information, as I mentioned, in the ASO. This information is essential in terms of inspection and compliance with NR 07. We had a terrible experience! Lost time!!!
