★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente agradável. Encontramos estacionamento fácil, na porta e um bom atendimento. Tempo de preparo razoável. Hambúrguer artesanal de boa qualidade, bem temperado e com boa apresentação. O preço é justo, em padrão de mercado. Recomendo para lanche rápido.
 Pleasant environment. We found easy parking at the door and good service. Reasonable preparation time. Good quality handmade hamburger, well seasoned and with good presentation. The price is fair, in a market standard. Highly recommend for quick snack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almoço muito ruim, pedi um Bife parmegiana e empanaram só gordura da carne e jogaram um queijo com molho em cima.
Caro e ainda cobraram serviço. Não deu nem pra comer.
Very bad lunch, I ordered a Parmigiana Steak and they smeared only fat from the meat and threw a cheese with sauce on top.
Pricey and even charged service. I couldn't even eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo muito Bom!!! Ótimo lugar, ambiente familiar, funcionários super atenciosos e educados e sem falar nos lanches maravilhosos!!!! A batata canoa é divina com molhos muitos saborosos. Cardápio variáveis não é só hambúrgueres tem até tábuas de carnes, ambiente ótimo para happy hors. Ótimo, com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos!!!
All very good !!! Great place, family atmosphere, super attentive and polite staff and not to mention wonderful snacks !!!! The canoe potato is divine with very tasty sauces. Variable menu is not only hamburgers even has meat boards, great environment for happy hors. Great, we will definitely come back and recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que pena, gostaria de ter tido outra experiência já que gostamos (minha familia) do tema. Porém hoje 9/02 chegamos e já havia de um total de 11 mesas 5 ocupadas. Fizemos um pedido simples com 1 hambúrguer Kids, 1 porção de batata canoa com queijo e 1 porção de iscas de frango empanado. Após 40min serviram as batatas se passaram mais 15min e nada da conclusão do pedido, ate que cansei de esperar e pedi para encerrar ao que me parece ser o proprietário falei que iria pagar apenas a batata pq o resto nao tinha chegado depois de todo esse tempo, a primeira providência dele foi pedir a uma menina para ir na cozinha ver se dava tempo de cancelar, acredito que o correto seria tentar se desculpar, conferir o ocorrido para entao parar de falar com quem estava reclamando e dar atencao a outrem. Mais um detalhe é que ao servir as batatas, a menina colocou a travessa a mesa virou e não deu tempo de pedir as bebidas. O salão fica vazio de funcionários por vários minutos.
Muitos erros, volto a dizer que pena. Eu como chef de cozinha não que nem entrar no mérito culinário.
What a pity, I wish I had another experience since we liked (my family) the theme. However today 9/02 we arrived and there were already a total of 11 tables 5 occupied. We made a simple order with 1 Kids hamburger, 1 serving of canoe potato with cheese and 1 serving of breaded chicken baits. After 40 minutes the potatoes were served, another 15 minutes passed and nothing of the completion of the order, until I got tired of waiting and asked to close what seems to be the owner said that I would only pay for the potatoes because the rest had not arrived after all this time , his first step was to ask a girl to go to the kitchen to see if there was time to cancel, I believe that the correct thing would be to try to apologize, check what happened so that you can stop talking to whoever was complaining and give attention to others. One more detail is that when serving the potatoes, the girl put the platter on the table turned and there was no time to order drinks. The hall is empty of employees for several minutes.
Many mistakes, I say again that pity. I as a chef do not even want to enter the culinary merit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos a loja e pedimos um 7 queijos e um viúva negra ambos estavam com a carne extremamente seca e dura. O 7 queijos se tivesse 3 queijos era muito, desistimos até de pedir sobremesa, não gostamos e não voltaremos.
We went to the store and ordered a 7 cheese and a black widow both had extremely dry and hard meat. The 7 cheeses if there were 3 cheeses was a lot, we even gave up asking for dessert, we didn't like it and we won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hambúrguer estava bom, e com um preço acessível. Mas o cardápio tem excesso de opções. E acredito que o atendimento poderia melhorar e estar mais atento aos clientes, ainda mais quando são os únicos no estabelecimento. E ficamos bem insatisfeitos com o tempo de espera, cerca de 50 minutos para 4 pratos simples de carne e queijo.
The Hamburger was good, and affordable. But the menu has too many options. And I believe that the service could improve and be more attentive to customers, especially when they are the only ones in the establishment. And we were very dissatisfied with the waiting time, about 50 minutes for 4 simple meat and cheese dishes.
