As informações não batem, fazendo com que o cidadão perca tempo indo de um posto ao outro, pois alguns serviços específicos não são feitos no lugar onde as plataformas afirmam fazer!
The service was quick, but both on the website and on social networks the misinformation is immense (in addition to being obligatory to pay a fee). The information doesn't add up, causing the citizen to waste time going from one post to the other, as some specific services are not done where the platforms claim to do!
