O lanche demora mais de uma hora p/ chegar e ainda vem errado, já aconteceu do meu hambúrguer estar sem carne e qd liguei p/ questionar o dono do estabelecimento e os funcionários me trataram super mal.
Uma tremenda falta de respeito com o cliente.
N recomendo.
Terrible service, one of the worst I've ever seen in my life.
The snack takes more than an hour to arrive and it still comes wrong, it happened that my hamburger was out of meat and when I called to question the owner of the establishment and the employees treated me very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então, o atendimento foi bom, mas o sanduíche não estava gostoso, pedi a carne ao ponto e ela veio passada, o cheddar não é de boa qualidade e a carne parece que foi temperada com cominho, o que deixa um gosto muito ruim no hambúrguer.
So, the service was good, but the sandwich was not tasty, I ordered the meat medium and it came overcooked, the cheddar is not of good quality and the meat looks like it was seasoned with cumin, which leaves a very bad taste in the hamburger .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui conferir se o hambúrguer demora mesmo. E descobri que procede. E olha que não tinha ninguem qdo cheguei. Mas tava sem pressa, deu tempo de tomar uma Heineken e refletir sobre toda minha vida enquanto esperava. Pedi meia porção de fritas, comi o hambúrguer todo e as fritas ficaram prontas só depois que terminei: o acompanhamento virou sobremesa. Uma falha que pareceu estar tudo ok aos olhos do estabelecimento.
I went to check if the hamburger really takes. And I found that it does. And look, there was no one when I arrived. But I wasn't in a hurry, I had time to take a Heineken and reflect on my whole life while I waited. I ordered half a portion of fries, ate the whole hamburger and the fries were ready only after I had finished: the side became dessert. A failure that seemed to be ok in the eyes of the establishment.
