★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no Ifood. Atrasou e liguei para saber se ia ser entregue ou não. Atendente me disse que já tinha saído para a entrega. Após mais 40 minutos apareceu que tinha sido entregue (mas não foi). Liguei novamente o atendente falou que já tinham entregado todos os pedidos. Depois voltou atrás e disse que tinha ocorrido um problema. Desorganização total e falta de respeito com o cliente, tendo em vista que em nenhum momento pediram desculpas ou algo do tipo. Horrível!
I made an order at Ifood. He delayed and called to see if it would be delivered or not. Clerk told me that he had already left for delivery. After another 40 minutes it appeared that it had been delivered (but it was not). I called again the clerk said that they had already delivered all the orders. Then he went back and said that there had been a problem. Total disorganization and lack of respect with the client, considering that at no time did they apologize or anything. Horrible!
