★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal atendida. A vendedora me atendeu de qualquer jeito, má vontade total. Tinha a bike que eu queria, só nao comprei por causa do péssimo atendimento. Nunca mais volto e não recomendo.
I was very poorly attended. The saleswoman attended to me anyway, totally unwilling. I had the bike I wanted, I just didn't buy it because of the terrible service. I will never come back and do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento! Infelizmente no dia 08/09/20 não havia bicicleta MTB de entrada. Mas havia Bike com suspensão a gás, na faixa de R$ 10.000,00 coisa para quem necessita de Bike melhor. Esta para chegar mais bicicletas ou pedir e aguardar um pouco.
Mas valeu ter conhecido, muito boa a bicicletaria.
I liked the service! Unfortunately on 08/09/20 there was no entry MTB bike. But there was Bike with gas suspension, in the range of R $ 10,000.00 something for those who need a better Bike. This to get more bikes or ask and wait a while.
But it was worth having known, the bike shop was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto bastante da loja e do atendimento. Não possui muita variedade de itens, mas sempre tem coisa de qualidade a um preço justo. As vezes o melhor preço não é tudo, mas é importante, um bom atendimento é um pós venda conta muito. Parabéns pela loja.
I really like the store and the service. It doesn't have much variety of items, but there's always quality stuff at a fair price. Sometimes the best price isn't everything, but it's important, good service and after-sales counts a lot. Congratulations on the store.
