Todos os meses o meu sinal é cortado, seria ótimo se a culpa fosse minha, mas não, a total indisponibilidade da administração faz com que se gaste uma semana inteira indo ao escritório PARA PAGAR A FATURA, duas vezes por dia, e não encontrar ninguém. Isso acontece há meses, e o combinado de entregar o boleto via email, a qual peço todos os dias, nunca foi disponibilizado. Ligo há 3 dias para o telefone disponível na porta do escritório de Pipa - RN, e o funcionário visualiza todas as minhas mensagens e não responde nenhuma delas, ignora as ligações. Me sinto lesada, preciso da internet funcionando e que se cumpra o contrato estabelecido. Se não se resolver ou obtiver pelo menos uma resposta até às 18hs de hoje, farei uma denúncia junto ao PROCON-RN.
