★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo pelo whatsapp, quase se implora para se fazer um pedido, telefone não funciona pra ligação, presencial a demora é ainda mais absurda mesmo estando vazio.
Um cesto de lixo enorme no meio do local da caixa e outro pequeno em cima da bancada ao lado da cestinha dos molhos e sem falar na falta de simpatia dos atendentes. Enfim, vocês teriam tudo pra ter um ótimo fluxo, mas pecam nas coisas mais importantes, hoje fiquei imaginando como deve ser a cozinha. Lamentável!
13/11 Tornei a fazer o pedido de uma simples lasanha, e advinha??? Hoje foi recorde, pedido feito às 19:34h, são 21:12h e absolutamente nada de entrega... Surreal! Sugiro que não não trabalhem com entrega, vcs não conseguem dar co do fluxo interno nem externo.. Definitivamente desisto de ser cliente deste local.
Terrible service on whatsapp, you almost beg to place an order, the phone doesn't work for the call, in person the delay is even more absurd even when empty.
A huge wastebasket in the middle of the box and another small one on the counter next to the basket of sauces and not to mention the lack of sympathy from the attendants. Anyway, you would have everything to have a great flow, but you fail in the most important things, today I was imagining how the kitchen should be. Unfortunate!
11/13 I ordered a simple lasagna again, and guess what??? Today was a record, order placed at 19:34h, it's 21:12h and absolutely no delivery... Surreal! I suggest you don't work with delivery, you guys can't handle the internal or external flow... I definitely give up on being a customer of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pedido as 20:40 e são 23:23 e não chegou estou altamente indignado, isso é um absurdo não sei nem se a comida é boa, mas já digo que NÃO COMPREM AQUI !!!!
I placed my order at 8:40 pm and it is 11:23 pm and it hasn't arrived I'm highly indignant, this is absurd, I don't even know if the food is good, but I already say DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregam, quando entregam o motoqueiro diz que ninguém queria vim deixar, ontem 24/04 fiz um pedido hj não 25/04 pedido não foi entregue não cancelaram e falaram pro ifood que foi entregue, foi entregue bem pro carai de asa, Acho que isso se enquadra em apropriação indevida de objeto.
They don't deliver, when they deliver the biker says that no one wanted to come to leave, yesterday 04/24 I made an order today no 04/25 order was not delivered they didn't cancel and they told ifood that it was delivered, it was delivered well to the guy from the wings, I think this falls under misappropriation of object.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e ultima vez que fui. Atendimento demorado, não registaram meu pedido, fiquei esperando 1h30 uma pizza, garçons sem treinamento, sem postura física e verbal, falta muita administração no local. A única coisa boa foi a qualidade da pizza.
First and last time I went. Long service, they didn't register my order, I waited 1h30 for a pizza, waiters without training, without physical and verbal posture, there is a lot of administration in the place. The only good thing was the quality of the pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local horrível vc faz um pedido demora horrores e vc tenta entrar em contato e não conseguem equipe horrível melhorem, o prazo e de 40 a 60 minutos mas na realidade e mas de 2 horas se caracteriza em propaganda enganosa vcs tenham cuidado com isso
