Pois hj foi decepção total, comprei 1 juriti, 1 galo, 1 d'angola, 2 frangos e 1 franga, foram transportados todos em uma única caixa apertada, quando vi, um dos olhos da juriti estava fechado e liguei imediatamente pra empresa pra informar o ocorrido, e eles simplesmente ignoraram o meu problema e falaram que não era de responsabilidade deles, pois eles estavam com escassez de caixa para transportar os bichos e que no ato da entrega tinha que fazer a verificação. Ou seja ficou por isso mesmo, não devolveram o dinheiro e nem se quer trocaram o bicho pra mim e nem me informaram a escassez de caixa deles!

Because today was a total disappointment, I bought 1 juriti, 1 rooster, 1 d'angola, 2 chickens and 1 chicken, they were all transported in a single tight box, when I saw it, one of the eyes of the juriti was closed and I immediately called the company to inform what happened, and they simply ignored my problem and said that it was not their responsibility, as they were short of cash to transport the animals and that at the time of delivery had to do the verification. That is to say, it was for this very reason, they did not return the money and they didn't even change the animal for me nor did they inform me of their cash shortage!
