★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda de uma peça as 16hrs com o vendedor Silvio e o mesmo disse que a peça chegaria em 1:30h, avisei o mesmo que o carro estava em uma oficina ao qual fechava as 18h e pedi para fazer o possível para me entregar antes do fechamento da oficina. As 17:50h liguei para cobrar a peça que ainda não tinha chegado e o Silvio havia largado serviço, o outro vendedor que me atendeu disse que a peça não tinha chegado. Questionei sobre a organização sobre me retornar para não ficar esperando e o mesmo disse que não era problema dele por não ter sido ele quem fez a venda, não se dando por satisfeito desligou o telefone na "minha cara". Liguei novamente e disse a ele para ter mais educação com as pessoas, ele reforçou que não tinha não tinha nada a ver com minha situação e que se eu quisesse pode falar com o gerente (que tbm não resolveu nada). Enfim, não perca seu tempo em comprar nesta empresa, não tem nenhuma consideração com os clientes e muito menos os vendedores. Empresa de péssima qualidade e de extremo desrespeito com os clientes.

I placed an order for a part at 4pm with the salesman Silvio and he said that the part would arrive at 1:30 am, I also warned that the car was in a workshop that closed at 6pm and asked to do everything possible to deliver myself before the closing of the workshop. At 5:50 pm I called to collect the part that had not yet arrived and Silvio had left service, the other salesman who answered said that the part had not arrived. I asked about the organization about returning to not be waiting and he said that it was not his problem because he was not the one who made the sale, not being satisfied, hung up the phone in "my face". I called again and told him to have more education with people, he reinforced that he had nothing to do with my situation and that if I wanted to, I could talk to the manager (who also did not solve anything). Anyway, do not waste your time buying at this company, you have no regard for customers, let alone salespeople. Poor quality company and extremely disrespectful to customers.
