Poorly polite attendant, the instructor that my wife caught is talking to other instructors during her class (Marcos) and didn't correct a silly detail that made her repeat in the test. pitiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao público péssimo, recepcionistas mal educadas, te tratam com indiferença, não agilizam processos (da a entender que tem preferências). Enfim, péssima a minha escolha em tirar a cnh nessa auto escola, deveria ter pesquisado mais.
Terrible customer service, rude receptionists, they treat you with indifference, they don't speed up processes (it gives the impression that they have preferences). Anyway, my choice to get the license in this driving school was terrible, I should have researched more.

Meu instrutor que foi substituto da instrutora que estava grávida, fiquei decepcionada com esta escolha, uma vez que me sentia pressionada com piadas e não sabendo lidar quando eu errava me deixando nervosa. Hoje acredito que não está mais na Axel pois nem na minha prova prática ele compareceu. Tomem cuidado com seus instrutores e peçam para mudar se não gostarem do atendimento!
I had a good experience with Auto Escola, great service for the girls, just treat them with politeness and respect and you'll get the same treatment.
My instructor who was a substitute for the instructor who was pregnant, I was disappointed with this choice, as I felt pressured with jokes and not knowing how to deal when I made a mistake making me nervous. Today I believe he is no longer at Axel because he didn't even attend my practical test. Be careful with your instructors and ask to change if you don't like the service!
