A energia dessa escola passa uma sensação inexplicável.. você se sente como se estivesse em família. Todos ali treinam, apoiam, motivam, não deixam o companheiro desistir, nunca vi algo me marcar tanto como essa escola. Aliás, obrigada aos instrutores e professores por me ensinarem tanto. ??
At ATA that's where I had my first contact with martial arts, since then I never wanted to stop! The energy of this school feels inexplicable .. you feel like you are in family. Everyone there trains, supports, motivates, does not let the partner give up, never seen something mark me as much as this school. By the way, thank you to the instructors and teachers for teaching me so much. ??

AYAM is totally innovative in its proposal. Dynamic classes, super excited and play the role of an aerobic activity. I highly recommend it. Starting my classes at AYAM was the best thing that happened to me this year.

Minha experiência na academia é diferenciada todos os dias, começando pelos mestres e professores, pelas aulas e técnicas de ensino, até a qualidade dos materiais, o ambiente físico e a cordialidade entre os próprios alunos. Fiz minha aula experimental em 2019 e nunca mais parei, pois melhorou minha qualidade de vida, minha saúde física e mental, minha autoestima e confiança. Indico para família e amigos independente da idade!
AYAM is really amazing! My experience at the academy is different every day, starting with the masters and professors, the classes and teaching techniques, to the quality of the materials, the physical environment and the cordiality between the students themselves. I took my experimental class in 2019 and I never stopped, as it improved my quality of life, my physical and mental health, my self-esteem and confidence. I recommend it to family and friends regardless of age!
